We only deliver in UAE with our Courier Partners.

 

Delivery Fee

Delivery is free above AED150.00 and a delivery fee of AED10.00 for Orders below AED150

 

Delivery Time

1. For Dubai – Within 24 hours

2. Other Cities – 2 to 3 Days

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 to 15 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

 

We will refund the amount in full or replace the item if only

1. The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

2. The product is defective.

3. The product was damaged in shipping.

4. The product is not tampered.

 

Cancellation Policy
